Finding the right product at Aztro is super simple. We have categorized all available products based on Market and Approach, Occasion, and Pricing and made it easily accessible through the header menu. If you want to find products by learning about the brands first, you can then sort through our list of Brands and within each of their profiles, discover collections, new products, and more. If you are looking for something specific, you search through the search bar, and it will quickly show you all available options in our marketplace. Below is a quick link to all Categories and Collections.
Important Notice: Not all Brands offer their products to all our types of customers: Retailers, Interior Designers, Hospitality, Decorators, and Galleries; in which case, you will see the retail price for each of the products. Some Brands might decide to not even show their products to this segment, at which point the products will not appear on your searches.
Minimum Purchase Quantities (MOQ)
The Minimum Purchase Quantity is the number of items set by a brand required to purchase a product or SKU. Minimum Purchase Quantities vary from brand to brand; they can start at MOQ:1 and go up to MOQ:100 depending on the product. You will find this information under each product's label as "Min Qnt," as well as in the product information. Some sellers might offer you discounts on larger quantities, and some might allow you to purchase one so you can test different products by the brand.
Minimum Purchase Quantities vary for Retailers and Interior Designers and Architects, these will be set by the brand, and our web technology will only show customers their relevant prices relevant to them.
Minimum Purchase Amount
The Minimum Purchase Amount is the total amount a buyer needs to order from one independent brand to complete an order. Each brand on Aztro has set different Minimums for Retailers or Interior Designers.
To complete an order, you have to complete each brand's Minimum Amount requirement. If you do not meet the total amount, you will not be allowed to check out your cart.
Minimum Purchase Amounts are not accumulative, meaning you can not meet one brand's Minimum by ordering other brand's products. However, you may check out for one brand if you have reached the Minimum Amount while keeping items from another brand from which you are yet to meet the Minimum.
We understand how difficult it has been for all businesses to deal with the aftermath of the COVID-19 epidemic; consequently, we have encouraged all our brands to lower their usual Minimum Purchase Order Amounts to make it easier for you.
Brands set wholesale pricing at usually 50% off the Retail Price. As you search for products, you will see the wholesale price first, followed by the Retail price for comparison. In each product's details, you will find the Suggested Retail Price, which is the price the Brand recommends the product to be sold to the end customer.
Interior Design Trade
Brands set Design Trade pricing at usually 15-30% off the Retail Price. As you search for products, you will see the discounted price first, followed by the Retail price for comparison. In each product's details, you will find the Suggested Retail Price, which is the price the Brand usually sells it to the end customer.
Create personalized collections of your favorite products that you can use to purchase later. All your Wish Lists will be stored under your account and will remain there until you delete them. Each Wishlist can be titled, and you can share them with coworkers, clients, or other customers.
Order from Multiple Brands
Because each Brand has different Order Quantities, your cart will be split by Brand so you can finalize your purchase for one seller or continue shopping if needed.
Placing and Order
Once you are ready to complete an order from a Brand, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking. "Buy from this Seller." You will be lead to the checkout where you will be able to review your order total, apply discount codes, review your shipping information and shipping choices, and provide payment details.
The Aztro Credit program offers you a percentage of your first order with a brand towards a future order. This program is only available on selected products and brands. You will find that eligible products will display it under their pricing with the tagline "Eligible for Aztro Credit." The credit is offered for the first order a customer places with a brand.
Once you have completed an order and your order successfully fulfilled, you will receive a Gift Card with the equivalent to the percentage. The percentage is calculated based on the total for ordered goods, excluding shipping and taxes (when applies). So on order for one thousand dollars ($1,000) will be eligible for a Gift Card for a one hundred ( $100) credit, which you can apply to any future order.
1. This credit is not cumulative and applies to an entire order from a brand, not by product.
2. Each brand is eligible for different percentages of credit, determined by Aztro. A brand will not be able to increase your credit back amount as this is a promotion exclusive to Aztro to customers.
3..If you have any prior business relationship with the brand or have already purchased from them in the past, your order will not be eligible for the credit.
4. Gift cards can not be combined; you will be able to use only one at checkout. You may not exchange or redeem your Gift Cards for cash or any other type of credit; they are exclusive to Aztro.
If you return and request a refund for your order, the gift card will be automatically canceled before you receive the refund. If you have already used the credit of a canceled order, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
To Redeem rewards, you need first to have previously have collected points.
To collect Points, you go to your "My Rewards" tab and check all the available options you have to earn points. Once you have successfully collected enough points and wish to redeem them, click "Redeem Points" and select the number of points you want to redeem. We will process your request within 24 hours and send you a Gift Card to use on your next purchase.
All orders are made in United States Dollars. If you purchase from outside the US, your final price will show on your records at the exchange rate your bank is offering on the date of the purchase. Note that Foreign Transaction Fee or International Transaction Fee may apply to you, based on the terms in your credit card agreement. This fee is not charged by Aztro and we cannot refund it.
